Your privacy is important to us

Interview Management Solutions (IMS) recognises that your privacy is of the utmost importance. This policy is applicable to all the services, websites, web pages and software applications offered by IMS. If you have any questions or concerns about this document, please contact us. If this policy changes, such changes will be reflected in this Privacy Policy.


Accepting the Privacy Policy.

We need to process your personal information to run our business and provide you with the Services. By accepting our Terms of Use, you are confirming that you have read and understand this policy including how and why we use your information. If you don’t want us to collect or process your personal information in the ways described in this policy, you shouldn’t use the Services.


Information We Collect.

In order to use the Services, you need to provide us with a valid email address, and for Services that require registration, a name associated with your account that you can choose. You may review, change, or remove that name through your account settings. You need to provide this information to enable us to provide you with the Services. From time to time, IMS may utilise your email address for the sole purpose of contacting you in relation to the IMS software application to which your email address has been registered. We respect your privacy. IMS will not disclose your name, email address or other personal information to third parties without your consent, except as specified in this policy.


Legal and Safety.

IMS may also retain, preserve, or release your personal information to a third party in the following limited circumstances: in response to lawful requests by public authorities, including to meet legitimate national security or law enforcement requirements; to protect, establish, or exercise our legal rights or defend against legal claims, including to collect a debt; to comply with a subpoena, court order, legal process, or other legal requirement; or when we believe in good faith that such disclosure is reasonably necessary to comply with the law, prevent imminent physical harm or financial loss, or investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, threats to our property, or violations of the IMS Terms of Service for End Users. In these cases, our use of your information may be necessary for the purposes of our or a third party’s legitimate interest in keeping our Services secure, preventing harm or crime, enforcing or defending legal rights, or preventing damage. Such use may also be necessary to comply with a legal obligation, a court order, or to exercise or defend legal claims. It may also be necessary in the public interest (such as to prevent crime) or to protect vital interests (in rare cases where we may need to share information to prevent loss of life or personal injury). If IMS receives a lawful, verified request for a user’s records or information in one of the limited circumstances described in the previous paragraph, IMS may disclose personal information, which may include, but may not be limited to, a member’s name and email address.


Withdrawing Consent.

Where you have provided your consent, you have the right to withdraw your consent to our processing of your information and your use of the Services. For example, you can withdraw your consent to email marketing by using the unsubscribe link in such communications or by changing your account settings. You can choose to withdraw your consent to our processing of your information and your use of the Services at any time by closing your account through your account settings and then emailing to request that your personal information be deleted, except for information that we are required to retain. This deletion is permanent and your account cannot be reinstated.


Cookies and Analytics – When you visit the or domains, we send one or more cookies – a small file containing a string of characters – to your computer that uniquely identifies your browser. We use cookies to improve the quality of your experience by saving your session information such as current page being viewed.

Aggregate Information – We also use Google Analytics services to capture information such as visitor sources, visitor trends, web sites from which visitors reach our website pages etc. None of the information collected can ever be used by IMS to identify the individual users of our sites. Our Google Analytics information is password protected, and it does not enable identification of individual users.
Log Information – When you use the IMS web site, our servers automatically record data that your browser sends whenever you visit our website. These server logs may include information such as your web request, Internet Protocol address, browser type, browser language, the date and time of your request and one or more cookies that may uniquely identify your browser.
User Communications – If you send communications to IMS through e-mail, postal mail or through other means, these messages may be retained by IMS in order to provide you with better services.
In-program Feedback – If you send us feedback on our products using forms present in the products we create, such communications may be preserved by IMS.
Information Collected From Your Mobile Devices – At the time of registering with the Software Application, you will be invited to provide an email contact address for the purposes of resetting your Software Application password. Beyond your name and email details provide at the time of your registration, no other information, content or data is transmitted from the software application to IMS.

Information Sharing.

IMS believe your privacy is paramount and we will never share, rent, lease or sell your personal information to other companies or individuals outside of IMS, unless one or more of the following is true:


-We have your explicit consent to share such information.


-The sharing of such information is necessary to conduct business, and the entities we share this information with are in compliance with our privacy policies. (e.g.: The service we use for licensing and purchasing)


-We have good faith belief that the disclosure of this information is necessary to 1.) satisfy any applicable legal, regulatory or enforceable government request, 2) satisfy any applicable terms of service violations or potential violations, 3) detect, prevent or address fraud, technical issues or security issues, 4) protect IMS against any harm or imminent harm to its property, employees or users.


-IMS gets involved in a merger or acquisition or any form of sale of some or all of its assets.


Choice and Control of your Information.

We understand that having control over your own information is essential. IMS gives you the choice of providing, editing or removing certain information, and lets you decide whether or not we contact you. You may change or correct your personal information which you have provided to IMS through your account settings. You can also request the deletion of the personal information in your account. Where you wish to edit your personal information you are able to do so via your IMS account profile yourself. If you wish to delete your information, unsubscribe from IMS services or close your user account completely, please reach out to us via and we’ll take care of business and confirm that your data has been deleted. You may also control the receipt of certain types of communications from IMS by unsubscribing from such communications or by emailing us at:



Service Providers.

IMS also needs to engage third-party companies such as mail responders and Learning Management Systems (LMS) to help us operate, provide, and market the Services. These third parties have only limited access to your information, may use your information only to perform these tasks on our behalf, and are obligated not to disclose or use your information for other purposes. Our engagement of service providers is often necessary for us to provide the Services to you, particularly where such companies play important roles like processing payments and helping us keep our Service operating and secure.



Privacy Policy Changes.

We may amend or update this policy from time to time. If we believe that the changes are material, we’ll let you know by doing one (or more) of the following: (i) posting the changes on or through the Services, or (ii) sending you an email or message about the changes.
